Because many of our products are commercial-use, inflatable, oversized, or customized products, returns are handled differently from standard retail goods.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, or if the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or was shipped incorrectly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Customized products
• Made-to-order products
• Used inflatable products
• Products damaged by misuse, incorrect inflation, dragging, sharp objects, improper storage, or unauthorized repair
• Bulk commercial orders after production has started

Refunds

Refunds will be reviewed after the returned product is received and inspected. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before production begins. Once production or customization has started, cancellation fees may apply.
